In modern-day industrial processes, industrial control panels are designed to improved productivity and efficiency. However, there is no one-size-fits-all solution in industrial control panel.
Our engineers and technicians at ISME will work with you to evaluate and develop an adaptable, practical control panel for your existing industrial processes. We take every detail into considerations, including electrical requirements, CAD drawings, electrical schematics, PLC / HMI programming, wiring, panel assembly, testing and commissioning, etc.

Electrical Drawing & Schematics
Industrial control panel is composed of a range of electrical components, including PLC, HMI, controllers, sensors, surge protectors, power transformers, switches, relays, circuit breakers, etc.; as well as a robust enclosure that protects these electrical components from the operating temperature, dust, moisture and contaminants.
The electrical drawings and schematics offer an organised plan and overview of how all the electrical components are connected. Well-documented drawing and diagram serve as a representation of the physical connections and layout of an electric circuit.
All the electrical components are arranged in a logical and efficient layout that minimize the complexity of the wiring. Components that are related are grouped together, ie. power distribution, control logic, I/O (input/output) and communications. The interior space between components is also taken into considerations for ventilation, maintenance and future expansions.
The symbols and lines in the electrical drawing, schematics and wiring diagrams are used as the common language for everyone involved in design, assembly and troubleshooting of the industrial control panels.
Wiring & Panel Assembly
Our electrical technicians follow a standardized procedure to ensure the consistency of the wiring and assembly work. The process of fitting the components is intricate and requires a lot of attention to details. Wire labels, markers, ferrules, and ducts are used to identify, organize, and protect the wires.
The wiring diagram comes in very handy for inspection. Point-to-point wiring test and progressive check on the interior elements, circuit, I/O signals are also conducted internally. This is to eliminate any errors, defects, or hazards ie. loose connections, damaged wires, short circuit, etc.
