In 2016, the I-SYSTEM brand was developed. It encompasses many aspects that revolve around the interactions between our business operation, team members and customers. The I-SYSTEM Guarantee is designed to ensure our products and services are enriched and enhanced through four core principles:
- Quality Control (QC)
Through the QC process, products are labelled with I-SYSTEM void sticker, when the product is inspected and tested by our qualified technicians. The I-SYSTEM Void Sticker comes with a unique serial number. This will protect your rights and enable the support and services covered in the I-SYSTEM Warranty.
At ISME, we have established a set of guidelines for the I-SYSTEM Quality Control (QC) Procedure, in consistent with the I-SYSTEM Guarantee. We are committed to build customer confidence, satisfaction and long-term trust by providing highest standard of products and services. It is an additional measure to address products inconsistency and faults before it is delivered to our customers.
- I-SYSTEM warranty
When you purchase from ISME, you are automatically eligible for the I-SYSTEM Warranty. Warranty void if I-SYSTEM Void Sticker is removed from the product. Under certain circumstances, some products and services are not covered under the I-SYSTEM Warranty. - Packaging and Delivery
An I-SYSTEM box is designed for repurpose. We encourage our customers to utilize the carton board otherwise destined for the recycle bin. A standard I-SYSTEM box is 49.5cm (width) x 30cm (depth) x 30cm (height). - Customer Care
We offer advice and information from our technical agents and engineers via phone, email or WhatsApp Our experts will locate suitable instruments to your application. Troubleshooting and diagnosis for products are covered under the I-SYSTEM 1+1 Warranty.
