- Administer and manage invoices and document all processes and systems.
- Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required.
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, and filing.
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
- Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to collaborate with co-workers, clients, and suppliers.
- Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply, no working experience required.
