Responsibilities:
- Develop sales opportunities with current and new clients.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product technical education.
- Negotiate tender/contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
- Maximize product and services potential in designated sales regions/area
- Work with sales, operation team to fulfil the aspect of quality, price and commitment of delivery to meet client’s expectation.
- Meet regular sales targets (KPI) and coordinate sales projects.
- Monitoring and reporting sales activities via an internal online reporting system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics engineering/ Control System Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ others related Engineering degree.
- Fluent in English and Malay. Mandarin will be added advantage.
- 1-2 years working experience on related job function.
- With ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Programming and deployment of PLC / SCADA / HMI / RTU for industrial process automation (hardware and software functional specifications)
- Implement programs and test whether industrial computers process information and function correctly
- Debug issues and troubleshoot problems that have non-standard solutions
- Provide support and assistance to customers and conduct training to customers after implementation
- Liaise with engineers, technicians and relevant stakeholders regarding design, programming, installation, testing and commissioning, configuration, documentation (FAT, SAT procedures) etc.
- Installation and commissioning work at customer sites
- Maintenance and all-round housekeeping of PLC development projects
- Monitoring and reporting engineering activities via internal online reporting system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/ Electronics engineering/ Control System Engineering or others related Engineering degree.
- Working experience in the related field will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

- Provides technical support and works closely with the technical team to maintain the operations of products and services.
- Identify and evaluate technical issues and perform duties to minimize process downtime and meet deadlines
- Reporting to the supervisor for site progress.
- Prepare work statement, required material, equipment tools, PPE, and site working permit.
- Creates E&I drawings and documentation incorporating all relevant information and pursues customer approval.
- Review documentation to assist the technical team.
- Lead the technical team for troubleshooting onsite/offsite.
- Monitoring and reporting engineering activities via an internal online reporting system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics engineering/ Control System Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/ others related Engineering degree.

- To troubleshoot, quality checks the electrical devices, instruments, and utility equipment.
- To guide and support clients for troubleshooting and on-site job arrangement.
- To be responsible for the instrument and electrical wiring installation onsite.
- To conduct preventive maintenance inspection and product training onsite with clients.
- To record daily tasks and activities via an internal online reporting system under supervision by a senior technical person in-charge.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- The candidate must be posted with a driving license/vehicle and willing to work in outstation.
Responsibilities:
- Executing and following up on sales activities.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email and visiting in person.
- Monitoring sales activities via an internal online reporting system. Building and maintaining CRM database.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotations and proposals.
- Participating in sales team meetings/products training courses/seminars and upskilled programs.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- The candidate must be posted with a driving license/vehicle and willing to travel occasionally.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage invoices and document all processes and systems.
- Maintain files on all account receivables and update records as required.
- Performing basic office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, and filing.
- Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and current.
- Responding appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests.
Requirements:
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to collaborate with co-workers, clients, and suppliers.
