In November 2023, ISME Sdn Bhd has been awarded with an ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management system (QMS). The certification marks an exciting milestone of our 14th year journey and serves as a testament to our commitment to attain realistic growth by improving our internal processes while delivering consistent services to our customers.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification was awarded by URS and accredited by UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accredited certification body based on the examination of the core quality management principles. ISO 9001:2015 is defined as the international standard that specifies requirements for a quality management system (QMS). It is a standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
The management and staff of ISME Sdn Bhd are committed to implement its quality management system (QMS) to:
- Provide quality services to meet the expectations of clients. We strive to deliver our projects on time with quality and effectiveness to achieve client satisfaction;
- Identify and implement continual improvement to enhance customer satisfaction;
- Provide training for our staff to enhance their capacity to work productively and safely, and to equip them with the necessary competency to help meet the challenges of the company;
- Encourage staff to feedback to the management on quality and QMS matters;
- Comply to all applicable quality legislations and client requirements;
- Establish a framework for the review of the QMS Quality Policy and Objectives.
