The idea of a containerized UF water treatment plant is developed by our client’s research team to combat the contaminated water in local community areas especially for flood victims. The aim of the project is to utilise Smart Green Technologies for a sustainable and efficient treatment process.
REMOX monitoring and control system is integrated for the operators to monitor the various incoming water quality and plant operating condition remotely whenever needed.
Solutions
- A new 6MLD UF plant is proposed, with two UF Entire system runs on generator set to allow maximum portability.
- System uses various water quality sensors such as pH, conductivity, ORP and turbidity to constantly monitor the water quality across various process stage of the system.
- The control panel is designed to be compact enough to fit into a container where space is a premium.
- REMOX monitoring system is also fitted to the system to allow headquarters to monitor the plant status and performance once it is deployed out at site.
- To reduce manpower required to operate the system, the treatment process is fully automated and require minimum human intervention to operate.
