End user required solution for measuring consistency of flow within pipe repeatedly over a period of time. To check overall performance of electromagnetic flow meter of WWTP.

Solutions
- A point of measurement was chosen on the influent and effluent pipeline. The point is measured with our test equipment.
- The reading of the flow rate or the totalizer is compared. For the case of totalizer, initial and final totalizer are recorded. The differences are measured and compared with our test equipment.
- An on-site flow verification is ideal because it uses a non-intrusive ultrasonic flow meter.
- Generally, this verification produces results that are at 2-5% flow rate of accuracy level.
- Tested flow meters were found to perform satisfactorily for the expected flow range.
