To validate the accuracy of a measurement, flow instruments are tested using a third-party portable ultrasonic clamp-on flow meter, accredited by international recognised KOLAS and SIRIM. The validity of the test equipment is determined by a traceable calibration test done periodically. Our test equipment is also defined by ISO 9001. During a flow verification, clamp-on ultrasonic flow meter is piped in series with the flow instrument. A few precaution steps will be taken to limit partially filled pipes, velocity flow, pressure losses, or any flow profile influence in the process piping.
