We recently collaborated with our client to develop a turbidity test skid for a R&D facility specializing in water quality research in Malaysia

We recently collaborated with our client to develop a turbidity test skid for an advanced R&D facility specializing in water quality research in Malaysia. Our scope of work encompassed the delivery of an integrated solution, including the development of General Arrangement (GA) and 3D conceptual drawings, custom fabrication and piping, supply of process instrumentation, wiring and assembly of the control panel, on-site installation, as well as testing and commissioning of the skid.

Solutions

  • GA drawing and 3D conceptual drawing provides an overall structure of the skid, and how all the components fit together
  • Custom fabrication of a 304 stainless steel skid
  • Supply of PVC piping, fitting and valves; cylinder acrylic tanks; and mixer with speed controller
  • Process instrumentation includes:
    • I-SYSTEM KF700M flowmeters
    • I-SYSTEM digital pressure gauges
    • Diaphragm booster pumps
  • Stepper motor peristaltic pump
  • Fabrication, wiring and assembly of turbidity test skid control panel
  • On-site installation and testing and commissioning
