Tanks are commonly used in industrial applications to store large volumes of liquid for manufacturing, processing, washing, irrigation, etc. Therefore, tank level monitoring is an important aspect of inventory management as it helps to prevent overfilling and exhaustion of liquid.
Large storage tanks are sometimes hard-to-reach and not easily accessible for manual level measurements. By-pass level indicator is ideal for its simplicity and ease of installation. It offers a basic and easy to read indication that corresponds precisely to the liquid level in the tank.
This method is suitable for measuring the level of aggressive liquids that emit hazardous vapours, or to protect the stored liquid from external atmosphere. The external indicator and non-contact mounting will ensure a safe and efficient process in facilitating the storage and quantification of the storage liquid.

BAMO Magtop level indicator instantly indicates the level of liquid contained in a tank, via a two-color magnetic ruler, flaps pivoting to the passage of the float in the measuring tube. According to mechanical strength and chemical compatibility, Magtop is well adapted to work with liquids such as hot water, oils, alkali and acids. The instrument is installed on the tank by lateral or axial fittings.
When the distance between fittings is large, we integrate brackets on the measuring tube to afford the weight; they have to be fixed on corresponding tank brackets.

BAMO SFA/E cable and pulleys gastight level indicator shows the level in a sealed storage tank. The equipment is designed for liquids that emit harmful or corrosive vapours, or to protect the stored liquid from external atmosphere.
The float, suspended to a rope (or cable) supported by 2 pulleys, drives a counterweight inside the guide tube, showing the level of the liquid. The pulleys are enclosed in PVC elbows with a no-jump system, thus ensuring perfect guidance of the rope. Elbows are connected together with a PVC transfer tube. The counterweight is guided in a tube Ø 63, tightly closed. The equipment fits on the tank with a loose flange DN 100 in PVC.
The guide tube is fixed through collars, and can support a PVC graduated ruler and/or level switches actuated by the magnetic counterweight.

BAMO GNR5 PVC level indicator consists of a transparent PVC tube for direct viewing of the stored liquid level. Stop valves (in option) allow the disassembly of the measuring tube by keeping the tank under pressure. Drain valve as an option on the bottom fitting. To limit shocks to the measuring tube, GNR5 can be equipped with a transparent PVC protection screen. Accessories such as level switches BSM or BRK are also available.
