An electromagnetic flowmeter is a volumetric flowmeter that does not have any moving parts and is ideal for water and wastewater applications with conductive medium and low-pressure drop. It is designed for continuous measurement for water, effluent, sludge, slurries, pulp, pastes, beverages; and highly corrosive liquids (ie acids).
The I-SYSTEM KF700 series Electromagnetic Flow Meter by FLOWTECH can be used to accurately measure the flow rate of liquid-solid two-phase fluids, such as sewage, paper pulp, slurry and mineral slurry which has an electrical conductivity greater than 5 μS/cm. This type of flow meter is practically unaffected by variation in temperature, viscosity, pressure and density.
