- Accurate billing metering ensures fair invoicing, transparent reconciliation of utility bills, better budgeting and energy cost forecasting. Billing meters are typically installed at main gas intake points, utility transfer skids and central boiler house inlets.
- Custody transfer occurs when ownership of natural gas changes, such as between site utilities and production facilities or different operating units within large manufacturing plants. It provides traceable and auditable measurement data, high repeatability for long-term consumption tracking and clear accountability between supplier and end user
- Natural gas volume varies with operating pressure and temperature. For billing and custody transfer, industrial end consumers are charged based on standardized volume (Nm³ or Sm³) rather than actual flowing volume. Integrated volume corrector and built-in temperature and pressure sensors provides convenience in assembly, as no additional installation work for external sensors is required.
